Parancsosrból, közvetlenül (nem SSH-n, de ez igazából mindegy is).
A 3.X még sok sebből vérzik, ha csak a rendszert használod pluinek nélkül frissíthetsz nyugodtan, de ha vannak pluginek is, meg fogják borítani a webguit a frissítéssel, szerintem ez még mindig így van, de érdemes nézegetni az OMV fórumokat.

OK, köszi, akkor egyelőre hegesztem a 2.1-es OMV-n a HDMI-t. Közben rájöttem, hogy nekem nehezebb opció az OMV->Debian sorrend, mivel az OMV natúr telepítéskor legyalulja a teljes HDD-t, ami nem szerencsés, ha a boot HDD-n, ahova kerülne, még másik három rendszer van felrakva.

egy Pi2-re tettem fel ezt a rendszert,FTP szerver lesz a dolga.
Azt látom-e valahol realtime, hogy ki van bennt a rendszerben, éppen mit tölt le, milyen sebességgel, hány szálon, melyik fájllal végzett, stb?köszi!

Furcsa, hogy éppen ráfér egy 4 gigás kártyára (jó ok, az egész oprendszer, de akkoris), miközben egy xlightftp winen tudja 500 kbyte-banlovi27: ezt nem értem

Üdvözletem!
Egy kis segítséget kérnék. Van egy kis NAS-om OMV-vel. Kis Asrock E-35LM alaplap 2 GB RAM, 1 8GB SSD-n van a redszer és van még benne 3*3TB WD RED winyó.
A rendszer szuperül üzemel, egy apró problémám van csak. Ha áramszünet miatt újraindul, akkor a boot elakad a check quotas-nál és nem hajlandó tovább menni. Ha lehúzom a 3 winyót, akkor szépen elindul, majd újraindítva a közben visszadugott winyókkal, már rendben bootol.Mi lehet a hiba?

Nem újabb rendszerről, kiegészítésről van szó. Egy felhasználói grafikus felületről (gui). Talán a legegyszerűbb az volna mint az OMV-nél, ha volna web felületű user interfész. Akkor egyszerűen távolról menedzselheted az ftp szervered. Ha ilyen nincs, önálló program formájában biztos találsz.

Ha gyakrabban előfordul - ajánlott egy szünetmentes táp...
Épp nem rég történt, hogy a szerelő nem vette észre, hogy a szerverem még fut és lecsapta a hálózati automatát. Áramszünet. Minden gond és hiba nélkül visszaállt a rendszer (OMV v3.0.30).
Ja, nekem is WD RED a vinyók.

Az OMV-t hagyd ki a kereséséből, mert kifejezetten ahhoz nem lesz. Debianhoz vagy Ubuntuhoz keress. Konkrét megoldást a hardvered fórumán hamarabb kapsz, mert biztos már más is használta erre.
De egyáltalán kell az OMV? Csak ftp szerverhez nem. Lehet, hogy jobban járnál az alap Debiannal és arra telepíteni egy ftp szervert és ha még kell hálózati adattároló is, egyszerűen rátelepíthető az OMV. Azért ez a kis tenyérnyi eszköz szerintem összetett feladatok ellátására korlátozottan alkalmas.

Pont ma futottam bele én is ebbe. Nem jó a DNS feloldás. Próbáltam mindent. Routert állítani vagy hálózat interfész beállítás, semmi sem segített. aztán nagy nehezen rátaláltam.
/etc/resolv.conf szerkesztése a megoldás. Beírtam a google DNS-t és jó lett. A többi bejegyzést ki is töröltem.
nameserver 8.8.8.8
Gondolom a szolgáltató DNS címet váltott és a telepítéskor beírta a régit a /etc/resolv.conf-ba, ez pedig már nem működött.
Remélem segít. -

Egész pontosan erre gondoltál? Ebben átírtam ,de ugyanaz maradt.
Az én hibám ,hogy eddig nem említettem , hogy ez egy banana pro soc.
Egy kis mod:
Az omv-n belül a hálózati kártya tulajdonságainál adtam meg a google dns-t , és láss csodát jó lett.

Akkor miért lengyel szerverhez csatlakozol? Megnéztem, működik és gyors, de miért nem jó az itthoni debian tükör?
Szerintem nem érted el az internetet. Lehet például az előbb írt DNS probléma is, de a gond, hogy ezek nem szoktak csak úgy maguktól megsérülni. Nekem még soha.sem.

Kipróbáltam a 3.0.26-ost VirtualBoxban telepítéssel nincs gond, de ha felrakok valami pluszt vagy az omvextrasrong, akkor hibával elszáll és utána már weben se lehet belépni. Előtte már kipróbáltam normál telepítéssel akkor is ez volt. Maradok a 2.2.5-nél Linux 3.16.0-0.bpo.4-amd64.

Nálad, ill. a rendszerednél lehet valami gond, mert semmi ilyet nem tapasztalok. Kipróbálás után igaz lustaságból, de nem tettem vissza a v2-t. Így is szépen működik, az omvextrasorg-gal sincs gond, az általam használt pluginok is rendesen teszik a dolgukat. Egyébként a rendszer már a v3.0.30-nál tart.

Fent van a NAS+(leendő) HTPC gépen a Stoneburner, de a HTPC részből még csak a PC az igaz... Valóban sokat kell molyolni a régi Debiannal, ha azt akarom, hogy rendesen működjön a videó és a digitális hang. Próbaképp megnézném a Jessie-t és az Erasmust, egyelőre Vbox-ban próbálkozom. Viszont ott akadtam el, hogy sem a 'rendes' text belépő képernyőn, sem SSH-n nem tudok belépni az admin / openmediavault párossal. A jelszót is megváltoztattam, de az SSH szimpla access denied-ot dob, a normál belépő képernyő meg csak visszarak ugyanoda, ahonnan indult.
Kell még valamit tennem az SSH szolgáltatás engedélyezésén túl? Vagy ezt írjam a beta számlájára, és inkább izzadjak ki egy HTPC-t a Wheezy-ből?

SSH kiválóan működik, köszönöm, feltelepítettem az ősi 'Eden' XBMC-t, ez volt benne a wheazy tárolójában. Kiváló lesz, amíg a 3.x stabillá nem válik.
Lenne még kérdésem: a miniDLNA-val kezdtem, de mintha nem tudná a feliratokat a filmekre pakolni akkor sem, ha ugyanaz a neve, mint a filmnek. (Pontosabban mintha az MKV-ból vette volna ki az angol nyelvű feliratot.) Így most a Plexet használom, csak nem feltétlen akartam túlzott vízfejet arra a kis médialejátszásra. A másik, hogy a miniDLNA véletlenszerűen, de túl gyakran közel 100%-on pörgette a procit. Ez így vannak másnál is?
Illetve a másik: emlegettétek a fórumon a Transmission webes felületét. Ez hogyan érhető el? Tudom, hogy lehet egy watch mappát csinálni a .torrent fájloknak, de ha meg akarom nézni, hogy hol tart, vagy módosítani akarok a visszatöltésen, akkor jó lenne, ha nem kellene mindig belépni a szerverre, kikeresni a tm beállításait.

Az openmediavault-transmissionbt omv plugin segít beállítani a webes felületet. Alapból a 9091-es porton figyel, azaz elérheted a http://server:9091 címen.

Ha jót akarsz, a transgui-val (feljebb írták) használd a transmissiont, ne a webadmin felületről, mert az közel van a használhatatlanhoz (állandóan frissíti az oldalt, elugrál). A transgui és egyéb transmission remote alkalmazások gyakorlatilag minden platformon elérhetőek, és a szerveren futó transmissionhöz csatlakoznak, teljes funkcionalitással. Az alapértelmezett felhasználónév admin, jelszó openmediavault.

Lassan kialakul a NAS, eddig tényleg nagyon kényelmes! Egy fontosabb terület van még hátra, ami kiválóan működött XPE alatt, és itt is szeretném beüzemelni, a GDrive szinkronizáció. Körülnéztem, kb. ezeket az opciókat dobja a kereső: InSync, Rclone, Grive(2). Van valami tapasztalat, melyik működik jól/rosszul az OMV/Debian környezetben? Nem gond, ha CLI-s (rclone), végigbogarászom.

Átméretezéshez gparted liveval bootolj be és úgy egyszerű lesz. Biztos jó ötlet a rendszert SD kártyán tartani? Azokat a flash alapú tárolókat, amik dinamikus wear levelinget használnak, előbb-utóbb hazavágja a sok log írás. HDD vagy SSD ami biztos megoldás. A HDD esetében is megoldható, hogy egy kis partíción van csak a rendszer, a többin adat, de elsőre mindenképpen le fogja formázni.

Már sokszor kitárgyaltuk, hogy a tárolásra szánt flash alapú tárolók (pendrive, memória kártyák) nem alkalmasak hosszabb ideig operációs rendszerek futtatására. A gyakori írás teszi tönkre őket, az SSD-éknél használt adatelosztási, szétterítési vezérlések hiánya miatt.
Viszont felhívom a figyelmet, hogy van egy plugin, ami ezt a problémát csökkenti. A flashmemory nevű. Ez a RAM-ban tárolja a kiírandó adatokat (pl. log fájlokat) és csak kikapcsoláskor vagy időnként írja ki a flash tárolóra, Ritkábban ír rá, így hosszabb az élettartama. Aki pendrive-ot vagy SD kártyát használ az op rendszernek, használata igencsak ajánlott! A Filesystems rész alatt van az openmediavault-flashmemory.

Meg azt is, mindegy hogy minek hívják, passzív vagy dinamikus wear levellingnek, vagy másnak, a lényeg van benne intelligens adat szétterítés vagy nincs. És igen, ezeket nem szokták a prospektusokra ráírni, de valószínűleg a mai 100-200 GB-os tárolók, esetleg már a kisebbek is tartalmazzák, mert az eladási áruk bőven fedezi a vezérlőegység plusz költségét...
Ez egy gyenge pontja, meg az utólagos particionálás is, ha helyet szeretnél felszabadítani.
